What RedTab Does

RedTab coordinates the registration, documentation, and licensing steps foreign investors need to set up and operate in Vietnam — Enterprise and Investment Registration Certificates, sector licenses, representative offices, work permits and other immigration filings, and IP registration. RedTab reviews a case, identifies which certificates and licenses actually apply, and coordinates the process end to end.

How We Verify Our Content

Every legal citation shown on this site is cross-referenced against Vietnam's official national database of legal normative documents before it's allowed to publish — a citation that doesn't resolve against that official source is excluded rather than shown unverified. Supplementary process and procedure detail — the practical "how it actually works" layer — is drawn from published visa-service and legal-firm content, but that secondary material is never used as the citation source itself; the citation always traces back to the official text.

• Legal basis lines on every service page link to a specific statute or decree article, not a general reference
• Content is periodically resynced from the underlying legal database as regulations change — each service page shows the date its content was last verified
• A maximum of 5 citations is shown per page for readability; the full citation-backed answer set for each service is larger, and referenced by count on the page
• One narrow, explicitly tracked exception exists: a small number of process-only answers (currently, part of the Investor Visa page) are published without an official citation where no citable source could be found, after manual review — marked with their own note on the page they appear on, not presented as citation-verified
