Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information RedTab ("RedTab," "we," "us") collects through www.redtab.vn, how it's used, and who it's shared with. RedTab is a Vietnam market-entry and business-setup support platform for foreign investors, founders, and companies — see About RedTab for what that means in practice.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit the "Explore Your Options" form, we collect your full name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write describing your Vietnam market-entry plan.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — this may include pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and similar usage data, typically via cookies set by Google. We don't currently run a separate cookie-consent tool; your browser's own cookie/tracking controls (or Google's opt-out browser add-on) are the way to limit this today.

How We Use This Information

• To respond to your quote request and follow up about your Vietnam market-entry case
• To understand how visitors use this site and improve its content
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to your requests — we don't share your information beyond what each needs to do its job:

• Netlify — hosts this site and receives quote-request form submissions
• Resend — delivers the email notification RedTab receives when you submit a quote request
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Workspace) — provides site-usage analytics, and hosts the inbox (hello@redtab.vn) your submission is delivered to

RedTab also works with qualified professional partners for legal, licensing, and regulated matters (see About RedTab) — information is shared with a partner only where you've asked RedTab to coordinate a specific case with them, never as a blanket default.

Data Retention

We keep quote-request information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service you've requested. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Contact below.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@redtab.vn. We'll respond directly — this site doesn't yet have an automated self-service tool for this.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business use by adults evaluating or executing a Vietnam market-entry plan. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to This Policy

If how we collect or use information changes materially, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
