How Much Does an Enterprise Registration Certificate Cost in Vietnam

The government fee itself is small — 50,000 VND to register plus 100,000 VND to publish the registration content. What most people actually mean by "ERC cost" is the full company-setup service fee around it, which runs $1,650 – $4,000 for a standard, non-conditional setup.

Overview

Two Very Different Numbers

"ERC cost" gets asked two different ways: the government's own filing fee (small, fixed), and the cost of having someone handle the whole registration for you (much larger, because it covers document preparation, coordination, and everything else the ERC step sits inside).

Government Fee

Government Fee

Under Circular No. 47/2019/TT-BTC, the statutory business registration fee is set centrally, not negotiated per case.

  • Business registration fee (new issuance, re-issuance, or content change of the ERC or a branch/representative office/business location certificate): 50,000 VND per time.
  • Fee for publishing the business registration content: 100,000 VND per time.
  • Enterprises that change information solely due to administrative-boundary changes are exempt from these fees.
